With over 10 years in the cannabis industry, I cut my teeth with a startup and then pivoted that business towards hemp and selling IP to adult-use manufacturers. Once I moved into consulting, I truly understood the scale and complexity of the industry. As a consultant, the more complex and convoluted situation is, the more likely I have experience dealing with it. My mindset is one of creative problem-solving.
