About MeAs a New England-based specialist in extraction and business operations, I possess over eight years of experience in scaling both single-source and vertically integrated facilities, as well as developing multiple brands under a license. With over a decade of higher education in chemistry and life sciences, I have a strong passion for integrating the technical aspects of laboratory sciences with my desire to innovate and create new infused products.

- Worked for NETA as one of the first employees for their MA state licensed facilities and developed and scaled their training practices across numerous facilities both retail and cultivation/manufacturing. 2015-2017
- First retail employee for Theory Wellness, managed, trained, and scaled their facilities across Massachusetts, after leaving we had the highest rating for customer satisfaction of any dispensary. 2017-2019
- Created, designed, and launched the Cannabis Education Center (CEC) at Holyoke Community College in 2020. A first of its kind 100 hour workforce training program with focusing partner internships with licensed facilities in MA, with a focus on the four main areas: Retail/Budtending, Extraction, Cultivation, and Culinary Assistant
- Designed and taught the American International College Masters in Cannabis Science, and Undergraduate Certificate Program in Cannabis and Commerce program courses for their initial launch of the program through the first year in 2020-2021
- Founded Women Grow Boston 2014 – a first professional cannabis networking group in Massachusetts
